What a great routine!  Using the wall really helped me enhance the resistance in my back, shoulders and inner thighs.  I also found the half saddles, using the straps a new way to work with that pose.  I liked the longer time spent in each and used it often to meditate and experience the available calm.

I like how you explain the little nuances we need to find to our body's unique requirements.

I so needed this.  Finding a little calm in the storm known as this week.  😁 Learning to totally relax into the poses and muscles finding new ease.  Thank you Devi

This caught me by surprise as there was immediate work with the knees. I've learned to focus on the muscles which control the knees, not the knees themselves, and to move slowly and mindfully.  I haven't experienced the benefits of qigong so was looking to notice them.  I need to do more research.

I was ready when the yin kicked in as I spent some time on the bay yesterday kayaking.  I love the counter balance of Yin with the Yang of my life.

Loved this one!  So many energy aware moments.  Appreciate the suggests on using blocks.

After a long practice today I must agree.  My mind is tricky as I think I want a short one, then find I relish the longer.

I do Yin daily so this would be great!  Length doesn't really matter to me personally.

Not feeling really sore I hit the mat, wondering the benefits I would find.  Much to my surprise when we first went down on the mat, there it was.  My wrist was incredibly sore when bending backwards.  I knew it was from the weed and grass removable I had been doing the past couple of days.

So I went to fists first.  I found this to be my solution in the past for tender wrists.  As the practice progressed I gradually felt the release I needed to carefully follow.  It was as if I just needed a jump start.

I really enjoyed pigeon as well as the other moves.  Seems I am finally opening up my hips to find more in so many poses.

I glanced up at the movement of the water at times.  I think that helped too.

I turn my head a moment

A second glance to take

Upon a life provided

The choices I did make

The pain and all struggles

The lessons in their wake

The milestones of my wisdom

The collection of mistakes

We each have those life-changers

That somehow stop our world

And in our misdirections

They help to find its pearls

Of all the endless searching

They’ve showed us who we are

The secrets now so simple

Found we alone did guard

What a beautiful way to start the day.  Long, luscious, meditative poses found in each variation needed in the moment.  My mind attempting to fill with thoughts kept at bay, with your little nuggets of insight woven through the music.
