Enjoyed this practice.  I simply could not adjust my body to do the child thread the needle.  Possible I don't bend at the hips enough yet.  it did help me calm my mind at start the day off in a positive way.

Perfect compliment to the gray day that greeted me.  Liked the micro adjustments mentioned during figure 4 poses.  Favorite for when I need a gentle practice.

Relaxed pace gave me time to deepen into each pose.  Favorite time of the day, what more can on say...

A rare sighting of a Southern California Conrad!!!  😉. Definitely an inverting start to the day.  Loved all the upper ward dogs, one of my fav poses.  I did half saddles today (in my own way) and they felt good. Loved the flow....

Glad Rachel V Beck brought this one to my attention.  I always love working with my upper back and shoulders particularly.  There's a healing tingle when I give time and attention to that area.  I wish I would have know about Yin immediately after my injury rather than years later, but the benefits have been amazing.  Yet another Favorite. 💗

I wish I would have had this back when I was captive in a cubical in the past.  Really loved working the upper body in an easy, yet beneficial way.  Reached deep into the old injury of the past, but gently and it felt so good.  My spine is still having a good time as I type this...
