Saddle on the left side ok, saddle on the right better. Liked the slower pace and getting deep into the stretches. Laying on crossed arms is a good challenge for me. I start the video on my iPhone, then Screen Mirror to my Apple TV box which is connected to the TV. After practice I work with options on my iPhone like Save (to playlists) and turn off Watched. I return to my Mac and use the website to add comments as I hate typing on my tiny iPhone keyboard.
