Enjoyed this practice and for me, the more graceful moves into each poses.  I was surprised at how my heart was pumping at the end, as I thought I was taking it easy.  I loved watching the colors of the desert slowly enhance with the sunrise rise and watching the shadows on the mountains.

I thought I'd share a few shots of my gardens.  The circle of stones will be wildflowers eventually.  Would love to see yours...

I really enjoyed this "find your own position" practice.  Using half shoe-lace for a hamstring stretch really works well for me.  "Let it be" was my theme for half-saddles and I found I could let the gradual work begin on what is a very tight area for me.  Time flew....

Wonderful!  So many issues I have faced and found that practice and patience have resolved or minimized.

Arrived with so much tightness and this practice let me deepen into so much.  Loved the birds breaking my thoughts a they arrived.  You are such a wonderful instructor...

My troubled mind didn't find the space to prevail during this practice.  I took my time getting in "my" position for each pose and then lingered there, letting my breath and gravity work their magic.  Today's lesson is that truth is not always found in someone’s words, but in your own experience.  Moments on the mat and time with one's self might very well be the truth one is looking for...

Looks like a wonderful Wisdom Journey!  I need to dust my bike off and hit the road...

Nice compliment for the morning after a visit of friends over for the evening.  Learning to let go more and more.  Love the banana stretches and time spent there.

I've been a member for a little over a year and simply love Yin.  it  is woven into my life.  Retired I've picked up a few new habits, drawing, photography, and gardening is a passion.  I have an acre so it keeps me busy.
