Like a soft Southern breeze she whispered in my ear….”Yin”.

My belly was already happy, but this made it happier.  I'll revisit for sure.

Loved this session!  Everything felt perfect with perfect timing.  Very beneficial time spent in the modified bridge poses.  After that my back was aglow.  My Oms resinated through my body.

I plan on doing this one often, especially as the weather has me doing less work outside. Enjoyable way to focus on the upper body. Feeling the effects through my day.

I had a healer once, when first touching my head with their fingers, said, a bit surprised, "You're so sensitive."  I found those words during my time on the mat, exploring each move with care and awareness.  In the ease I was discovering subtle ways to deepen my body and mind.  There was a video where you mentioned sitting on the edge of the cushion to adjust the curvature of the spine more naturally.  I do this now all the time.  It has been a wonderful insight. I wonder what that healer might find if they touched you.

Tagged as a Favorite.  Great combination of moves held for beneficial time.  Shoulders really feel good now.  I love how we move to a place of stillness and growth.  My Ohms harmonizing with yours.

Great routine!  My arms are still feeling it!  I'll be doing this one more often and I need to better follow your flow.  Short but intense.  My BP was 124/70 this morning!  Elevated, but not in the warning zones.  Seems a big part of my issue was getting a good nights sleep and doing away with energy drinks.  My pup is doing well on some organic calming treats before bed and she sleeps much better through the night, which helps me.

Loved the focus on the feet!  Feet are my Achilles’ heel LOL.  I felt the strength the practice added to them as I made my doggy walk.  I will be treating myself to this one often.

Perfect practice as I waited for the power to be restored.  Enjoy the extended time in poses and how I can weave meditation into the gentle instruction throughout.  I found it useful understanding the details of the target area as I focused.  The silence of a house without power added to the calming stillness.  5 minute before end and the beeps and clicks of a home waking up greeted me like birds chirping at sunrise.

Tadpole was not a good starting point for me, but I eventually began to relax into the pose.  I noticed throughout that my knees feel so good of late.  Seems slow attentive practice has worked its magic.  I had a very peaceful night of sleep, so was pleased at the title and mood of this one.  New moon altar just might require a crystal for Devi...
