Oddly forward bends and squats. Unless mindfully done as they can hurt my knees.

Great little set.  For me release was best found in the shoelace/eagle arms combination.  👍

I hope folks don't shy away from this one due to the time as it will be well spent.  Loved the long stretches and gentle music.  I was a bit proud of my saddles and careful variations.  My body felt so good. Planting trees today so this was a great start.

This wall practice surprised me. With that steady support, my body found its way into deeper, more balanced poses without the familiar pressure points. It felt as though a great band of tightness finally loosened. The renewed ease across my back and shoulders is almost beyond description. Thank you for guiding me to the place my body needed in order to heal.

So many amazing moments through this practice.  One which stood out for me was rolling panda, which I often feel a bit much after thread the needle, but doing it on its own was wonderful and the suggested head adjustment perfect. for me. Such energy in the spine...simply Devine.  This was great.

Benefit from staying in the poses longer, giving time to micro adjust into the target areas.  I worked through a bit of a sinus headache and found the even breathes helped relieved the tension felt there.  I also felt periods of healing (that tingling sense)during much of the shoulder and back work.  The mindful and gentle attention to my knees has really payed off, as they are of greater strength now.  Some things just take time.

Up in the middle of the night with my sick pup, then awake, then slept in.  The calendar suggestion too long for the morning ahead, so I moved to the next day, and found perfection.  I easily dropped into this beautiful meditation as the thoughts moved aside.  I simply love the Sutras, something you introduced me to along with Yin. The vibrations are sill resonating through me....

Before I forget...my hum at the end was perfectly oscillating, so strange.  I enjoy following your breath instruction. Very relaxing and a perfect fit after waking up to a gray, rainy morning to a dog hacking in my bed.  True reality of Yang and Yin to be this day.  I also have to say, I love that little cabinet. I always want to tell you that when I see it.

Spirituality is a simple as our awareness of the present moment.  This practice was finding those moments calm and beautiful.

Sutra 29 (excerpt)

Live for a few days in the meditation,

“I am immersed in the flame, the flame of time, the flame of love, the flame of life, tThe universal fire flows through me.”

Really liked this one and follow the theme of "contorted dragon" throughout.  Exploring all sorts of adjustments within each pose.  I like the pace of this one, three minute poses with one minute rests in-between.  Background music was nice too, just a little to blend with my thoughts.
