After a day of preparing an area for wildflowers I knew this would be the best recovery practice for me.  I am learning to keep the props nearby physical geometry calls for them so often.  The natural light was wonderful.  I even observed the shadows of the plants when the lighting was mentioned.

Enjoyed this long one, but need to remember to grab more blocks for the propped dragon.  Not quite as to the ground as Devi.  Great stretches and relaxation.  Did my half saddles my way and settled for sitting back on legs for the full saddle pose.  Feeling more freedom in my body these days.  Practice and patience the key.

Started this series this morning and really loved the detail explanations of the hip components.  Surprised how I am starting to enjoy frog pose more and more.  Adjusting in half-dragon found my spot.  I noticed that the only area comment is on this series homepage.

This practice for me was marked by much deeper, conscience breaths into the target areas.  Focus on instruction led me into such a richer experience.  I love it when I find surprises to greet me in the morning.  There's a sensation I am discovering reaching new points.  Insight verse 154 followed my practice, "each breath is adoration..."

I enjoyed the combination, it felt invigorating for both my body and mind. Lately, I've noticed a fascinating tingling sensation that seems to flow and activate different parts of my body during deeper, more profound stretches. It's as though my body is awakening in a new way, a gift I'll carry with me as I close the door on 2024.

I surprised myself and scrolled through the practices and decided on this one.  Surprised as saddle used to be so difficult for me.  What a few months a difference can make.  While not the best, they are such an improvement for me, and while I can't get all the way back, I am becoming a master prop manager.  It felt so good to feel I had lost the struggle and could really concentrate on the target areas.  Walking the dogs right after was where I really felt the work.  It felt good.

I did this one today and it really felt good afterwards and hinted at areas I could use deeper relaxation.  Seemed tired the rest of my day, but carried on.  Not sure if it was the practice but felt of low energy.

Lovely Christmas delight. I had thought I would skip my morning routine as I would be recording a session later in the day, but I missed it, so joined you on the mat.  Filled with gratitude for the blessed moments you guide me through.  The hypnotic waves in the background so perfect for this meditation of mind and body...
