I chose square pose over figure 4 because I don’t often get the choice, and square targets the hips in a softer way. That’s what I felt today anyway . I like both poses though. Next time it might be figure 4.

I am so excited about this series and looking forward to tomorrow πŸ’•

In saddle pose I felt that I should not go down on my elbows; so I placed a block under each elbow. It can be a hard pose for me but I am glad I did because I felt a lovely tingling sensation all the way from the top of my feet to the front of my hips.πŸ’•I really enjoy the longer holds. Thank you for a wonderful practice 😊

Thank you Devi . I loved doing the cat tail variation , and it is so good to end with a meditation πŸ’•
