I feel the same with happy baby, just feels awkward doing one side at a time

puppy pose. I have a sore shoulder at the moment which makes it impossible for me to do now but even before that it never feels comfortable for me and I don't know whether I'm doing it properly

Yoga prevents my body from tightening up as I am getting older, I need to keep it up to maintain free and comfortable movement

This was taken at our walking group's Xmas party. I came across your classes on you tube a couple of years ago when I was following another yin yoga teacher on you tube and loved your calming voice and the way you teach with such clear instructions and options for the poses.

I love butterfly and tadpole, for me these are nice relaxing groin stretches
