That was challenging, especially for my balance and stamina; but just when I thought I had had enough yang it turned into a lovely yin sequence . It was a lovely practice 🤩Thank you Devi💕

I am glad you are fine. I can’t see anything wrong with your forehead though; perhaps because I am using my iPhone.

I felt the most release in my shoulders when doing eagle arms.

Thank you this little flow which woke up my whole body 🥰💕

So relaxing and I loved splaying out my knees in saddle 😊💕

I sometimes use straps (or preferably soft towels) around the feet to better relax hands, arms and shoulders during the hold.

Seal, I can do it for a little while then my arms and lower back gets tired. I usually just stay in sphinx pose.

Saddle is hard on my knees, but then I get out of the pose after half the time.

Happy baby on one side is not relaxing while doing both sides simultaneously is very relaxing. I wonder why?

Thank you for this wonderful and nourishing practice.

The sound was excellent; I have a minor age related hearing impairment and I was able to hear everything you said as well as the waves and the birds.

It was very much like being there in this beautiful place next to you
