This is a soft stretching and relaxing practice. I loved doing the spinal movement on my back with one bent leg at a time from side to side. Ending with breath work and om chanting always makes me smile 😊

Thank you Devi it’s good to have shorter options for busy days. Now that I am used to (and enjoying) longer holds a minute seems very short. The long holds seem almost meditative ☺️I am grateful for the option.💕

Thank you Deli I ended up in full saddle without props; but had to come out of it before time because my thighs were burning.

My whole lover back, hamstrings, front of the thighs and hips feel very soft now ☺️💕
