I was celebrating my birthday and my fellow Gemini buddy and yoga teacher's bday when this was live ( June 2 for me and June 4 for her ), as neither of us was teaching that day................love the one hour also <3

just what the yogi ordered to begin a new week.....

LOVED this practice so much.......... the transition from the twist to banana was such an easeful way to move from one shape to the other,  Loved the "rainbow" tracing and all the gentle somatic movement <3

Golden Gate is truly one of my fave shapes to get that yummy stretch into the low back and front of hips <3

A perfect way for me to gently stretch out my lazy Sunday morning body before I head outside to begin the Spring garden clean up ..........gotta get the ZenDen ready for summer.                                                      Such a thoughtful thorough sequence. Thank you Devi, you are truly a inspired and inspirational instructor.

P.S. I'm suffering from a bit of RV  "N-V" for this adventure of yours, as I listen to the sounds of the sea, imagining the warmth of the sun and the taste of salt in the wafting breeze.
