Golden Gate is truly one of my fave shapes to get that yummy stretch into the low back and front of hips <3

LOVED this practice so much.......... the transition from the twist to banana was such an easeful way to move from one shape to the other, Loved the "rainbow" tracing and all the gentle somatic movement <3
