I was celebrating my birthday and my fellow Gemini buddy and yoga teacher's bday when this was live ( June 2 for me and June 4 for her ), as neither of us was teaching that day................love the one hour also <3

LOVED this practice so much.......... the transition from the twist to banana was such an easeful way to move from one shape to the other,  Loved the "rainbow" tracing and all the gentle somatic movement <3
