The members' app is finally here, and I'm so excited to share it with you!
It's a mobile video, which our website doesn't handle so well - so if you have trouble viewing it, CLICK HERE to watch the vertical version.
In this video I walk you through exactly how to download the app, log in, and start exploring all the new features including downloads, custom playlists, member chat page, and more.
Both iPhone and Android versions will be available, but as of today it's only in the App Store for iPhone/iPad. The Android version will be ready in a few days.

I've been a member for a little over a year and simply love Yin. it is woven into my life. Retired I've picked up a few new habits, drawing, photography, and gardening is a passion. I have an acre so it keeps me busy.

This slow, deep stretch emphasizes the fascia of the hips, legs, spine, shoulders and neck in a gentle and relaxing sequence.
Filmed in Death Valley with no music, just the sound of the morning birds and the breeze. There's nothing quite like doing Corpse pose here!
