Tried to use my Yoga Cards, but found they as well as most any other attempts did not work well on a bumpy, shimming train.  My sleep didn't fair well either.  But once visiting friends, one who had recently had a heart attack, I found the deck's purpose.  My friend had started a slow cardio routine, but this was a perfect supplement.  He was so grateful when I left this parting gift.  I told him that he had the Yang down....now it's time for the fun part.

Hi Devi and community,

I hope you are doing well, experiencing a lot of love, peace and happiness ❤️.

I notice that I have moments of strong Yin energy and other moments of strong Yang energy. I notice that depending on my mind focus, physical activity and organisation of my day I feed the Yin or the Yang energy more.

I would love to learn more about this. What are your views on it? And where can I find more theoretical / philosophical / spiritual information on it? I love Thich Nhat Hanh for understanding meditation better btw, but he does not really talk about this topic.
