Hi all, after a diagnosis of severe osteoporosis in my spine and hips; I’ve had to rethink my practice. Having regained my confidence… I’m back in the game. Wall yin really helps. Does anyone else have a similar problem with their bones? I’d love to hear how you adapt your practice. šŸ™

I’m in training to become a Shin Rin Yoku practitioner. Recently I was asked to do a nature ā€œmedicine walkā€ .. alone, leaving at dawn, returning at dusk; taking with me a sketch book, pencils, blanket and a bottle of water (fasting). Having no phone was so liberating.. like being a child again..it was emotional. I highly recommend; although choose mid spring when the days are warmish and still relatively short! šŸ˜‚. And of course share info of your planned walk with someone 😳.
