I've  had a couple of neck operations and full rotator cuff surgery so I wasn't sure if it would be advisable or enjoyable, but it turned out to be and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a wonderful practice and feel confident I can use the bolster again. In the past I've shied away but thanks to you I'll continue going forward .......Ty Devi 🙏
