Great body relaxation practice but wished it could've been a longer session. I feel like I was just getting started. And Dragon will be the death of me one day! haha💕

Dragon is my least favorite pose in all of Yin (has been for years)  especially variations of it, but found myself up to the challenge and glad I did. I did better than I thought I would and gaining a better appreciation for the pose. Thank you Devi........
