I enjoyed your explanations of the various poses. It gives me a better understanding of which type I'm more comfortable with on certain days........🌝

I enjoy both but I was unusually tired today and did figure 4. It's never too late to refresh yourself and this was perfect. Looking forward to completing this series.πŸ’œ

What a nice way to ease me into Yin after the craziness of the holidays. And no DRAGON! Yippeeee... I loved Β the sequencing and the breath work at the end. And a big thank you for your soothing voice.πŸŒπŸ’—

Absolutely delightful! Especially after the holiday season. So relaxing and great using my blocks in different poses than I'm used to. It all felt great and really calming! Adding it into my favorites too. Thank you Devi Daly for a wonderful session. Keep em coming......β€οΈπŸ’œπŸ’›πŸ’™

Just amazing! After this past holiday season, I needed every single stretch and the strap made it deliciously more intense. Loved it .......Delray Beach, Florida

Today's session really moved my inner thighs to reach even greater heights. Maybe because of all the holiday functions, but I felt every pose more deeply today and realized I needed these deep long stretches more than ever.Thank you for always being here for us Devi. Hope you're having a wonderful holiday season. Looking forward to more fabulous sessions in 26'.

I thought since it was only 29 minutes, maybe, possibly, Β I wouldn't have to do Dragon, but alas, that wasn't going to be true. I got through and at the end everything felt beautiful. Happy I pushed through. Β It felt great on my joints. Thank you Devi DalyπŸ’œπŸ’œ Β

HALLELUJAH Yippeee a Live Yin Yoga class without Dragon! (Haha) I know it's usually part of the session but I'm so tired today it was a treat (for me) not to have to do it. I understand its importance but sometimes it's sweet not having to do it at all (lol). Β It allows me to concentrate on other poses. Thank you once again for always reminding me of different variations. It's always helpful in my practice.

Have a beautiful weekend...........β€οΈπŸ’œπŸ’™

If there is one thing I've learned, is that you should never dismiss a beginner Yin Yoga practice because you might learn something or get a tip you never realized. Case in point, I always thought that when you did caterpillar either you had to place your hands on your knees, shins or toes. I didn't know I could use the strap and I experienced a much more immense stretch on the back of my legs. I never felt this much range. This is my way going forward to do caterpillar and I love it! Thank you Devi 😎
