Glad to know you liked this one, Pegan. I had stopped adding the on-screen timer to the newer classes, because it's a bit of extra work for me, and I wasn't hearing that it made much difference to folks. If I were to hear enough support of the idea, I might start it up again for newer classes.

Yogis, I'm curious how the pacing of this practice was for you? Was it too fast, too slow, or just right? For the most part, we held each posture for 2.5 minutes, with 30 seconds of rest.
