Thanks for this request, yes! There's a yang yoga video filmed in my backyard, coming soon... and you are helping inspire me to get outside more. I've been scoping out a spot in SF with a Golden Gate bridge view, and I also want to shoot one on a favorite little mound on my neighborhood hike.

It's good to hear that feedback. I've been teaching the dragon flow for so long, and practicing it for even longer, to the point where I definitely sometimes forget what it was like to learn it as a beginner!
