Hi Marty, Yes class #3 is a much tougher one! I'm glad to hear you made your way through it with the choices of alternative postures. I appreciate the feedback on navigation and audio volume - I will definitely look into that.

Sweet to hear about your experience! Sounds like you figured it out - that firming/engaging the belly is Yang. It counteracts backbending, which may be useful for yogis experiencing pain in deep backbends, but for the rest of us, in a yin context, it really only serves to limit the backbend and prevent us from getting the most we can out of it!!
