I'm with you on Toe Squat! Regarding Saddle – sounds like you're doing a good job listening to your body's messages.

You're not alone in that, LaTisca! I'm curious, do you have knee problems otherwise, or is it only a problem during saddle?

Definitely let your feet relax forward if that’s what they want to do. This helps your legs relax, which is beneficial in yin. (Mine point up even when my legs are relaxed.)
