Hi Annie, This is a great question and it's taken me a few days to get to it because I wanted to give a thorough answer! I chose those question as part of the Q&A for today's livestream class, so please look up the May 7, 2024 live class and jump to the last 5-10 minutes. The short answer is - it depends! For some people, yang/vinyasa yoga is enough to give the upper body a good yin/yang balance, but for others strength training works better. Choose the one you're able to be consistent with, and to enjoy doing!
