Hi Martine, Sorry for my late response on this but yes, I am at my maximum range of motion bending forward. Some people's hips allow for greater range of motion (ROM) and a deeper forward bend. Other people do not go as far as I do because their ROM in hip flexion is less. Everyone is encouraged to work to a comfortable edge within your range of motion, relaxing into gravity without the stretch being too intense. Hope that helps!

It’s okay to not like dragon! Best alternatives are half saddle, reclined deer, saddle, cats tail and upside down dragon.
