Hi Laurie! I miss teaching that Sunday class! After 10 years it was time to take Sundays off. But I love how this platform helps both of us to stay connected After moving to different phases of our lives! πŸ’œπŸ™πŸ’™

Hi Laura, I'm glad to know you enjoyed this class and were able to modify for your knee. It's a bit of a conundrum that many of the postures that can aggravate injured knees are also the ones that can rehabilitate them - when done in appropriate moderation. I've gotten a few requests for yin classes tailored to folks with injured knees, so look out for that soon. πŸ’™πŸ™πŸ½πŸ’œ
