There is a new yang yoga video called Energetic Yang Yoga Flow that has good core and balance focus. Other than that, core and balance work are sprinkled into all the yang flow videos, and I wish I could point you to which ones... but unfortunately I do not know! But I will keep th is in mind as I make my mental list of future videos :)
