Under the video you can click the heart to "Add to Favorites". When you do this your Favorites will always appear at the top of your home page. The monthly yoga schedule is only available during the month, so unfortunately there is no way to revisit it once the month ends. However, if you find a class that you love within a monthly playlist, you can click the heart to add it to your favorites at any time in the future.

This is wonderful to hear, Donna, and I'm so glad the practice is sinking in on a deep level! Thanks for leaving this lovely note. And I trust you're still playing your beautiful flute music!

Oh no, I'm sorry Rolling Panda was not a winner for you and Jerry! There is a lovely alternative to that I'd recommend for you called Graceful Bow. It has the same target area, and it's demonstrated in my video called "Deep Stretch Yin Yoga || Intermediate Sequence to Melt Tension" between 32:00 and 38:00. Regarding breathing cues - as I tell my teacher training students, we have many doorways into meditative states, and the breath is one of them. In this Somatic yin video, I felt like I was already doing enough talking without also talking about breath awareness, so in this case I trust students will allow their breath to flow naturally and intuitively (which some people prefer). I did just release a heavily breath oriented practice 2 or 3 weeks ago - check out the 30 Minute Full Body Yin video (on the beach).

Hi Lisa, Thanks for the critique! As you said, this class is not all yin - it was intentionally sequenced as a yin & yang mix. I always love hearing your well-informed requests, and it also sounds like you've found another teacher who is off and running with the type of somatic movement you're interested in exploring. I look forward to checking Robert's work out!
