Hi Devi, I'm Lynne from Scotland. I've been following your wonderful yoga sessions as a member for a few months now and it's been so beneficial to my mental health. However, I've recently learned that I have osteoporosis in my neck and joints. I read that over stretching doing the holds in yin yoga can stretch my already loose tendons and ligaments. I'm worried that I'm causing myself more pain. I'm very flexible. Can you give me any advice on this? I wouldn't want to cause any more pain in my body. I suffer lots of neck pain and sciatica. The yin yoga helps me to relax and de-stress before bed each night. I always struggle with neck stretches and feel stiff and pain with lots of crunching. But I'm not sure what to do? I don't want to give up this wonderful relaxation. Thank you.
