I cannot do saddle or anything that requires keeping the foot in line with the leg - due to an abnormal bone formation that does not physically allow me to fully rotate the ankle so I need to adjust using props or I am in too much pain.

I would like to mix yoga and meditation. I like moving meditation more than still meditation.
