I really struggle with happy baby pose. My back hurts a lot. I cannot reach my feet at all. Even just bending the knees, the action of keeping the back flat on the floor hurts. Any advice?
I cannot do saddle or anything that requires keeping the foot in line with the leg - due to an abnormal bone formation that does not physically allow me to fully rotate the ankle so I need to adjust using props or I am in too much pain.
