This was the soothing practice I needed today. I am choosing to move with ease off of my mat and into the day🙇🏻‍♀️

My body relishes in the deeper twist today. And the sutra readings at the end of each practice are an opportunity to meditate during the mundane.

My bedroom is east facing so I get the best sunlight vibes to start my day. However I practiced in the amazing outdoors in rural Italy this summer and it was such a grounding experience to feel that “physical” connection to Mother Earth 🙇🏻‍♀️🌲✨

I feel so enriched every time I come to my mat. Today’s sutra describes what the practice is, the ability within to create space/emptiness and yet feel so full and satiated afterwards. Just wow 🤯🙇🏻‍♀️✨

Love tuning into ujjayi pranayama. There’s something magically soothing about that ocean sound. It tells me I’m in a safe place🙇🏻‍♀️

I was thinking of routing myself into some yin poses during this practice but my body liked all of your Hatha offerings this morning. Held poses a bit longer and refreshed! Ready for a mindful day. Gracias☮️

Sorry I missed the live but this was to be the highlight of my morning. Useful tips on the positioning of the cushion and blocks. They made all of the difference in finding that delightful stretch in the hips during reclined deer pose. Thanks Devi🪻✨

Landing on my mat is such a kind and loving gesture as I get to nurture myself into the goodness of yoga. Thank you Devi for incorporating the element of the “self-hug” into this sweet gentle practice ✨
