Enjoyed this one in preparing for a cerebral working day. Great to start from the body. Loved the variations of saddle. Always found this one challenging but the movement opened up possibilities.

I do both morning and evening! Is that too much?? I tend to do Hatha or Somatic in the morning depending on how i feel, and then yin in the evening to wind down.
