I also tried the blocks and still felt a great sensation as well!

Like Emma, this was a great morning practice! For me, 20 minutes is a perfect length in the a.m. (My soup is cooking on the stove!) Love the mind/body aspect. Hope to find more!

So wonderful! Perfect before bedtime - and I loved the soothing music. Thank you, Devi!

A lovely practice for the end of my day! As a runner, I love the focus on the hips and lower back - always a tight area for many. Loved the beauty of the location!

My practice space is in my bedroom between the bed and desk! I can pick up & move the laptop between poses. It's workable - enough!

Glad you are safely home! What an adventure! I'm recovering from a sprained UCL (elbow - which baseball pitchers often injure!). I tripped & fell on it so have had to take a little time off from yoga, but ready to start again today!

Not sure if it was the sandals I wore today or a long run this a.m. but my feet kept cramping up so I had to modify even the basic level of saddle today (couldn't sit on my ankles). Hopefully I'll come back to this practice on another day when I'm not cramping up! The first part of the practice really worked for me. Thank you!

I was actually able to do this practice outdoors on a little patio on my trip back to Las Cruces, New Mexico! The stretches felt so good after a long car trip I took today. I also enjoy chanting at the end. Thanks again, Devi!
