Hi! I just finished day 2 of the yin foundations. I found Devi Daly yoga from you tube in October 2025. It was just what my body needed - mindful and restful yoga. I quickly subscribed for the free trail and then sign up for the year. I’m so glad I did! Looking forward to a daily evening yin practice. I am from Okanagan Falls, BC Canada.

I start the day on my reformer to an athletic Pilates workout. I walk at least 10 K steps a day plus do yin at night. In the summer I paddle board and bike ride, in the winter I snowboard and xc ski. I seem to hike/walk year round. That works for me!
