Who doesn't love neck stretches?! Wonderful sequence. I have limited range of motion/mobility in my shoulders, so the rainbow stretch isn't easy to get into - tonight I just stayed in the spinal twist for extra long - felt good!

Sleeping swan isn't often a restful pose, so I just substituted figure 4 on both sides - this is what I love about yin!

Dozed off at the end, but woke up enough to comment! :) Love the option of different variations - our bodies feel differently on different days or in the a.m. or p.m.! The poses were so relaxing - marked it as a favorite!

This session seemed to fly by - it flowed so well! I really enjoy the music background - it helps me be more mindful of the poses & my surroundings, not distracted by other sounds.
