I fell asleep TWICE in this same session last night! Guess that means I should start earlier in the evening! Will try again this week - 3rd time may be the charm!

I got halfway through the session last night and promptly fell asleep! 😀 I'll try again tonight from the beginning - so many great stretches!

I figured it out though! I can pick another practice and add it to the calendar on the site. Then I go back to the calendar and choose completed and it counts toward the streak!

Haven't ever thought to make that connection before, but would like to explore it! I know that my emotions are often stored in my lower back.

I love this one! The soothing music was so relaxing, and I find that I love practices that are mostly on the back as I wind down for the evening. Saved this as a favorite & now I'm heading off to bed!
