I rarely practice this length, but definitely feel the benefits! You're so good at describing where the fascia is being stretched in a position - I can really take my time getting into that position. I also liked the options you gave for the poses - and encouraging us to try the different variations throughout the time in the stretch. Definitely felt the spinal energy at the end and in the rebounds. Thank you!

Another wonderful stretch! As I practice yin yoga regularly with you now, I find it so interesting that my body may want to stretch to a certain point one day, but not another (or at least differently). Love how attuned I am to what my body feels like with a consistent practice. Thank you!
