Hi! 😊 I’m from Germany and I was looking for mobility routines to complement weight lifting, as well as something to calm my mind. I first found your YouTube channel and later joined the online yoga studio. It helps me a lot in the evenings to wind down and sleep better.

Calming the mind was exactly what I needed today. They found something odd in my mammogram and I have to wait until Tuesday for my next appointment for further examination. I feel a lot more grounded and at peace after this practice.
