Day 7 was just amazing to soften the muscles in my upper back and neck. I'm still struggling with rolling panda, but it is getting better.

After a lot of sessions on YouTube, this felt like a step back at first, but it also put things into perspective and brought a deeper understanding of Yin yoga.

First Newbie post here! Just enjoyed this practice and I found those long poses quite challenging, but still very relaxing. Using a blanket under the shins totally changed dragon pose for me. Namaste and THANK YOU from Germany.
