Wow I needed this so badly. The bowing to the inner self in half butterfly reminded me to the fall to the earth in the mud and made my crying after in banana pose and at the end. I held on my upper arms with my right hand on both sides of banana. In  all other poses I have my left arm on the side of my left hand so my right arm has a lot of work to do. Thx for the emotional release. 🤩

Great extra time in tadpole. I did even downard dog on one hand. It was very relaxing with your voice and the music. I went over to waterfall after happy baby and did savasana that way on my soft bolsterand even some snail. Thx 😇

It takes improvation to do yin using only my right arm but I love it. I do not like not hearing your voice. Thx 😜

That was very relaxing after the meditation and the chanting from your podcast from thursday. I listened to the original version but I prefer yours. Thx 😍😇🥰.

Today I felt more safe in half saddle over my bolster. I had my left 'sick' arm on my bolster in cat's tale. My lower back was happy to go in butterfly after fish pose. I loved waterfall as always. Thx 😍

I love the breathing and chanting. I also do soma breath founded by Niraj. My teacher she makes us to make noise like in your bija mantra. It reminds to that. I was happy to adapt having my left arm on a soft block while lifting the legs in sphinx. Helping restore my mobility. Thx 😇.

So happy to do this without using my left 'broken ' arm or wing as I say sometimes. Thx 😘

I loved it I could improvise not using my left arm and hand. I invented up deer on my left side if that exist. I also did more half saddle on my left side. And the eagle arms did not worked so with my plaster. I only did not do downard dog of course. Feeling quite relaxed now. Thx 🥰.
