This really demonstrated to me the tightness I hold in my back.  Had a difficult time with half saddle but loved all the rest.  Seems I get a bit of a cramp in one foot doing half saddle on one side and I can micro adjust better when not against the wall.  I could really feel it walking the dog later, my back strong.  Great way to go deeper into the stretches.

I did this one to ease the remnants of a chest cold.  Work great to target the internal organs along with the tension I was holding.  Spending the deeper time in each pose a plus.

With all obstacles I have found patience and gradual position key. I do only what the moment allows. I then rest in a pose I know ease. Alow time.

This practice found on a night I awoke and followed. The overwhelming sensation of change was the only theme. Near end I pictured a new moon, a new path, neither judged but forward. My eyes opened and I found the clock displaying 12:00. A new day had begun.

Thank you Hanne.  Tell the Kula gang I said hi, and I am doing fine.

This one looked right so I jumped ahead a day.  I was able to work around and through a sore shoulder from gardening the day before.  It felt good to have my body in inverted, relieving chest and cold remnants.  Good practice to help me get back in the game....

Loved it, favorited it!  After a difficult night with one of my pups this really helped loosen the tension and ease my mind.
