Just what I needed. Quickly finding my clear light mind. Using the breath to target each pose. The cushion added new depth and dimension to many poses. I've found if I release my breath with lips pursed, as though sucking through a straw, I can really slow down my exhales and thus their work were directed. Calm in the chaos, that was your gift today.
