As always, love the detail on where to focus and finding our own target areas for the day.  I'm on a deck painting project at home so it was so nice to reach those places that needed it.  I look so forward to the days of practice with you, and starting each day with a sutra.  ❤️

After my night of visually seeing the Northern Lights the inspiration and Energy still present, this time was amazing.  One with All, with Love, such a part of me.  My eye closes I saw the endless Universe.  I moved through an Infinity Breath blending the words with ever so gentles moves.  Thoughts would come, but just as easily dissipate as I returned to the flow.

Devi Daly I woke last night with aches and a stiff neck after my busy day.  I sat down on the carpet of my dark room and played "May 7, 2024" again, remember how great it was to pay careful attention to stretches of the next and shoulders.  I made it about half way through and knew it was time to return to rest.  A little gratitude in the middle of my night.

After a day of lot work and power-washing the deck, this was perfect.  Great stretches just where needed.  I must of done this one before as it was Favorited, but I hadn't commented.  Sutra fit beautifully into the send off into another day.

Super nice, mindful stretches.  My back and shoulders, neck and hips feel so good.  Such a wonderful compliment to the yard work and projects I am working with.  Simply perfect!

Beneficial finding these long, aided, stretches.  Especially for my shoulders.  This allowed me to engage them slowly and more deeply.  Felt great energy throughout, and at the end I had that "super highway" of Energy traveling my spine.  Laying around with Devi on a Sunday morning.  Who could ask for anything more.

My first time with Yang and Devi.  Invigorating start to a finish almost as lovely as the view.  Benefited from the directions in warrior poses.  Turns out I was often more concentrating on the upper body rather than lower. I actually laid back during half saddle on both sides, my leg not a limber as Devi, but sensed the possibility of gradually getting there.  My love affair with life, through the sutras, continue...

The small of my back just melted into the floor.  I don't know if the lover spine ever felt this fine.  Standing up afterwards I felt the muscles of my back drawn across, so strong.  While most of the poses were "my own" I am learning to find the right target.  Thanks for helping me aim Devi!

First practice fully using my Devi authorized bolster.  Love how these props give me both a more greater, yet comfortable stretch.  I had a smaller bolster, but this bigger size makes a difference.  Starting to get deeper focus and activity in my old, mended, frame.  The longer, more mindful work, is really the key for me.  During a marathon my foot caught a downed barrier support, hidden while running with the pack.  Immediately broke my clavicle and scapula on impact.  I'm always finding new ways to work with this old body.  9 years ago...nice to look back now at the slow progress.

What a beautiful gift. Thank you 🙏 This took me to a deeper state.
