I like to let words find me on the mat.  For this it was "sensual."  I found so much deeper movement in these gradual moves and motion, the beauty in this day expanding around me.  I think we slip unknowingly at times into a higher realm.  Today I was there.  Let me linger.  Sutra #111 this morning, followed by sutra #26.  Yes I am home Devi, right where I belong...

You might want to dub over this one. 😊 Possibly when you start your next live session you can run a sound check with us.  I did enjoy the poses, but listening was difficult.

Thank you for caring for my soul this night. 🙏

Second time in this meditation and I dosed off within minutes. Your voice and guidance seems to trigger an almost instant peace. 🕊️

I approached the mat with a faint attitude towards practice. Nonetheless, I began each pose, quickly moving into the tightness, then relaxing, and finding tension elsewhere, which I explored. I noticed my body lacked the usual little spots of soreness I've felt recently, wondering if it might have been arthritis, but today they were gone. The practice flew by, and at the end, I felt a new peace, or perhaps an old one revisited. It was damp and rainy outside as I walked the dogs, but inside there was a glow, maybe even a radiance, as everything felt balanced and in sync. So, the next time that diminished attitude finds me, I will remember this day and not let it take over.

I fell asleep during the meditation so it works!😁

"Space offers you an infinite arena, to play, explore, and experience.  Receive this gift of freedom." 105. Perfect practice to start the day.

Short but oh so sweet.  This is a primary target area for me due to a past injury so it will be one I return to often.  Your adjustments during class are always so helpful and precise.

An unexpected, different start to my morning.  I was careful, and followed you through each pose.  I noticed your strength.  And surprise!  After years of yoga, I tied my t-shirt in a knot!  Why didn't I ever think of that?  No more tent time for me.  😀  Loved the beginning breath preparation. And the yang complimented the yin which followed.  I felt different in shavasana at the end,  My hands felt as if floating.
