This was perfect.  It complimented the quiet, gray morning.  I relished the "nothingness" while holding each pose, the being in the moment.Found the transitions from each graceful.  Using the breath to deepen more and more.

Enjoyed finding my own pose modifications and the mat and sensing what's best.  Busy day but the mindfulness was with me, and paused often to utilize the breath.

I like shoelace best I think, but square is an option I take from time to time.  I blend meditation into every pose but liked the suggestions, watching thoughts that did visit.  I have two dogs that watch (sleep) during my morning practices so your pups made me smile.  I am always dealing with pups.  Loved the birds chirping now and then.  Now I'm ready for the day.

I did the Chakra Meditation With Baja Mantras durning the night.   It's a goto now when I need to find my way back to sleep. I sing in my mind, exploring what the vibrations sense.

Plenty of nourishing time for my shoulders and spine. I appreciate how practice helps me ease through and work around a mild sinus headache. Another beautiful fall day is unfolding, already off to a wonderful start.

Woke in a realm of energy which I made my way with, onto the mat.  Focused on every breath, stretch and move.  I found wonderful little Devi hints along the way which helped me go even deeper. Some adjustments in the legs during twist helping me move the target to the upper body. Loved finding that control.

Sitting back on my heals was improved and with positioning a pillow between heals and bum allowed me to really stretch the points I hold tension, particularly the tops of me feet.   Keeping this during moves while sitting on the heals feel of advancement.  My upper body is still so energized.

This short practice blended well is the slight after effects of a covid/flu combo shot yesterday.  Yin always shows me the peace between the thoughts, reality found within the moment.  So short found its place with me on this morning, the gentle stretches let me explore my body waking up to sensations of this new day.

This was truly invigorating! It reminded me of the yoga I used to practice, but the experience was elevated by the longer and more mindful moments of instruction.

More great shoulder release.  I was able to (almost) get to my back doing a half saddle on each side.  Learning better to slowly lean into areas I let myself assume were at their limit.  This practice must have opened my heart in more ways than one.  Had a light walk with the pups, greeting people and my dogs were strangely well behaved. 😀🐶

Loved this practice.  Reached deep into old injures and finding a normalization.  Ample time for "finding that point of nothingness" too.  I can't but help "taking it into the rest of the day"....🕊️
