I did this one early!  wonderful time on the mat. Like the to and fro of the ocean as I often keep my eyes closes during much of the practice.

Loved the mindful direction thought out this practice.  It helped me avoid being momentarily distracted by thoughts.  Folded Wings (25:00) pose is a wonderful, and new to me favorite, as it exactly targets a tightness I hold in my shoulders.  Using the breath helped me to continually deepen, then relax in each pose.  I had to take care with some transitions to poses because doing so helped me avoid knee strain.

I really like these extended poses.  I did the quad stretches "comfortably" for the first time.  I roll to my side to grab my foot and then carefully come into position.  Maintaining the target area in each pose felt right-on this morning.

I’ve paid attention to this the past few days and I think I like how you decide to compliment the sound or silence that sets the mood you are feeling and so I tend to follow that experience. I easily meditate either way. Silence does give me more time to watch my thoughts I arrived in at the mat with. Early on in my yoga my teacher taught us to work with the Life around us. That’s stayed with me.

Princess (warrior) is healing really well.  It's been a week and she has settled in really well.  Max has really taken to her.  Follow up check up next week.  I'm finally relaxing a bit too. 😉

Nice flow moving through these stretches this morning.  Bit of a morning headache dwindled, then forgotten.  The relief really seems tied to the breath.  Had tagged it before, but it wasn't selected as a Favorite...it is now.

Got errors trying to connect to this one this morning.  Looks like it's fixed now.  Reverted to a previous instructors video and found it interesting to compare teachings.

After one had been here a while it's interesting to read how a practice compares as time passes.  Due to a drought here, I spent yesterday giving minimal water to the newer placed pants, so I have some undetected sore spots until I went through this sequence.  Sometimes the tightness makes it feel like I have more to work with, then finding more gained.  That's how today went.

It was clear she had struggled. She had lost four pounds and had several wounds, suggesting she had fought with another animal, possibly a raccoon. There were punctures on her hindquarters and neck.

Our vet made an exception and saw her immediately. She was given antibiotics, electrolytes, and pain medication. Radiology showed no broken bones or internal organ damage. Other findings were consistent with bite wounds and expected to heal over time.

She accepted care right away, including from our dog Max, who was curious but seemed to understand she had been traumatized. Familiar items accompanied her as she began her rest and recovery.

She loves the sun, cuddling, and tummy rubs, and she has spent much of her time basking on our deck, which has been reinforced for her safety. All bodily functions are normal, a good sign of recovery.

The "Little known" pose targeted my old shoulder injury so well.  Peace of mind is what I needed this morning and this Elixir quenched that need.  The sutra end read by you is always the icing on the cake.  Following you allows me the pause I need to go deeper.  I thank you daily for that...
