After a night spent channeling healing energy for another, along with working through the malice my mind had allowed into my heart, I awoke feeling drained, yet it felt purposeful. I embraced this state as part of my practice and chose to join you on the mat, seeking to rejuvenate my mind, body, and soul. Later, I read my sutra, gently touched the stems of my plants, and wished them a good morning. In return, I felt the energy flow back into me. I carry the peace and strength you’ve helped me cultivate into my day, quietly nourishing my heart and touching the lives of those I encounter, even if they are unaware.  🕊️

Such a good time. I am discovering for myself a sensation that I hold in the target areas, it's an almost like a deep itch, but not one uncomfortable.  It' as though I can feel the magic....

This was a fantastic session!  Time really flew by as I got lost in the journey you took me on.  I allowed you voice to move me into such greater, deeper poses.  My shoulders found new advances as well and I just wanted to linger there.  I feel the release them even now.  Dare I say perfect?  Why not!

The waves mirrored those outside as I savored a beautiful morning with you. The warmth you brought felt like a gentle reprieve from the icy chill here. Each gift you share daily is a treasure, deeply appreciated. I ease into the rest of the day, moving slowly yet steadily, made better by your presence and the strength within myself.

This was fantastic. I noticed a tingling sensation in the target areas, which I feel is my fascia responding as I deepen into the stretches. These slow moves and stretches were exactly what I needed. At the end, I was captivated when Devi was bathed in rays of light, a beautiful reminder of the divine energy present in these moments.

This made me feel great.  I continue to really get into feeling and deepening the poses.  Sutra #5 came up today and it was perfect.  I always say Devi Daly is the very best part of my day.  It seems that comment is here to stay....

What a great practice!  During these moves and direction I realized something a year of yin had showed me.  I mention my shoulder injury of the past at times, but I now realized after finding so much movement within it, that for many years my good shoulder had been favored for so many tasks, making it also in need of care.  It's getting there, and learning to let the tension go, and deepening into these poses is working its magic.  Meditation on the mat with my body and mind, that's the moment I find the Devine.

I stumbled upon your article "why yin Yoga is not enough" so searched on "arms" and found some practices.  I usually work my upper body daily, caretaker of my acre and firewood duties, etc.  But had noticed that during the dormant time of winter I was feeling weaker in my upper body.  I admit that I do yin every morning, but will now add your 10 minute routine or replace it every other with a yin-yang sequence.  I'm sure as spring arrives I can move more back into my yin daily routine, but this was a real eye opener for me.  Huffing and puffing along with you was invigorating and my balance good for the most part.  Even followed you in some of the more challenging moves.  You're my favorite part of the day.

Short one time so I jumped to this practice, and boy am I glad.  Loved really getting into working with the strap and my focus on your directions.  Up the wall made it easy to deepen the stretches so I liked that too.  The picture doesn't seem to match the practice I did, but I started it again and saw the we were inside. 😀
