The energy of the moon drawing closer was moving both good and bad to the surface within me. This practice provided the perfect time for contemplation and balance.
I really liked the progression of poses and duration of each. I've learned my half saddles, done to reach my target area, work beautifully with a pillow and lazy-boy as props at my back, letting me move deeper as my body stretches more over time.
There is a joy brought to life with these movements, waiting in the stillness.
