Benefit from staying in the poses longer, giving time to micro adjust into the target areas. I worked through a bit of a sinus headache and found the even breathes helped relieved the tension felt there. I also felt periods of healing (that tingling sense)during much of the shoulder and back work. The mindful and gentle attention to my knees has really payed off, as they are of greater strength now. Some things just take time.

So many amazing moments through this practice. One which stood out for me was rolling panda, which I often feel a bit much after thread the needle, but doing it on its own was wonderful and the suggested head adjustment perfect. for me. Such energy in the spine...simply Devine. This was great.
