Lovely stretching. I especially liked the shoulder stretches. A 60 min class is perfect for me.

Lovely use of the bolster. I especially enjoyed the butterfly pose on the bolster. Feeling very relaxed now.

I did day one last night before bed, but realised it was too late for flow . Today I did day 2: yin yoga for hips and spine. This was so nourishing and relaxing ☺️I will do the rest of the 21 days earlier in the evening to enjoy the benefits from both yin and yang practicing. I am already looking forward to tomorrows practice 🙏
