I like props, so I frequently use them. Full saddle over a bolster supported by blocks. Blocks or cushion under my seat in seiza , as well as easy cross legged pose, caterpillar, butterfly, dragonfly, most of the forward bends. I often choose two blocks on the middle height with the blocks end to end. I find this gives a wider base of support and comfort. My body likes a cushion or bolster under my lower abdomen in seal and even sphinx. Blocks under hands in dragon. A block under my head in sleeping swan, deer pose. Many more given the day and what my body needs.
