I workout on the MegaFormer at Rebel Core 4-5 times a week,

They have MegaFormer machines ( the MegaFormer is a larger machine, with multiple springs, adjustable handles, a more intense workout than traditional Pilates, with a wider range of movements, and increased resistance ).

I walk/hike 5+ times a week and do some light weights also. Sometimes I do online biking classes also, but generally do that more in the winter if it's too nasty to go outside.

I keep very active at my home too as my partner is a quadriplegic, so home and garden "upkeep" keeps me very busy . . . Helping him is a workout on it's own !

Bob Sullivan I was blessed to have the vet come to my house.... Annie's passing was gentle and peaceful........ unhurried and respectful, and right in her own squishy bed <3

Devi Daly thank you Devi............... it has devastated me

Having just turned 70..............lots of things have "changed" ( LOL).... I tend more towards a slow and somatic practice, and lots of Yin also..... my hips are tighter, but I am lucky that even with osteoarthritis I can still move my body...... Hot and Power Yoga have been "replaced" with Megaformer Pilates a few times a week, and I walk everywhere I can..do some biking and light weights also !

I def need this today..........been a long tough week, had to guide my sidekick, my ever faithful GSD Annie, gently over the rainbow bridge this week.........12 weeks old when she first stepped into my life....... 12 and a half years old when she journeyed onward

Depends on the practice......for Yin I prefer a late day or evening practice.....
